HONGKONG SAILORS' SCHOOL

Hongkong: On Monday morning the Hongkong Sailors' ́School under the Japanese Government General (sic) was opened. Three-monthly courses for navigation and engineering will be held. Fifteen pupils have been enrolled for each course.
